Reporting directly to the VP of Sales and Marketing, the Account Manager candidate is responsible for developing new and existing customers for assigned accounts or territories.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain relationships and develop an existing customer base;
- Prospect and develop new clients in targeted markets;
- Develop partnerships with various stakeholders and influencers in targeted markets;
- Provide sales forecasts and exceed targets defined with the VP of Sales & Marketing;
- Implement a canvassing strategy by sector for the province of Quebec;
- Document sales activities in the corporate CRM;
- Develop partnerships with various stakeholders and influencers in the targeted markets;
- Participate and promote the company during commercial activities (shows, exhibitions and/or fairs);
- Identify and organize various activities to increase the company’s visibility with potential clients in the targeted markets;
- Manage the customer support process following the sale of a solution.
Qualifications and requirements
- Bilingual (French / English);
- Have a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in developing new clients;
- Have an interest in technology and software solutions;
- Have an interest in technology and software solutions; Manage a customer base effectively using a CRM;
- Have an entrepreneurial and go-getter personality;
- Excellent listening skills and be aware of customer needs
