The Accounts Receivable Supervisor is responsible for directing the day-to-day activities of the Credit, Collection and Accounts Receivable team and ensuring performance.


  • Develop collection strategies that lead to the achievement of the company’s financial objectives;
  • Support and coach the accounts receivable team;
  • Develop and ensure compliance with various policies and procedures and perform spot checks;
  • Develop and monitor results and objectives (KPIs, cash flow forecasts) and improve team performance;
  • Ensure the daily output of certain reports, analyze them and determine corrective actions if necessary, including the revision of financial statements;
  • Identify areas for improvement, recommend and implement corrective actions;
  • Regularly inform management of risks and impending credit issues.

Education/ Experience/ Certification

  • Bachelor’s degree (BAC) in accounting;
  • 3 years of relevant experience;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).


  • Good command of office automation and accounting software;
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry or telemetry (asset).

Skills and abilities required

  • Significant experience in accounts receivable collection, as well as in managing and leading a team;
  • Analytical and logical mind;
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English;
  • Highly developed resourcefulness and organizational skills;
  • Autonomy, initiative and a high sense of responsibility;
  • Great ability to work in a team;
  • Versatility and flexibility;
