The Client Executive is responsible for understanding our client’s service and support models, resources, programs and partnerships to help drive sustainable service solutions with Key Technology Partners:

The Client Executive will create and manage their territory and major account plans, providing leadership to the extended team for execution on their plans.

This position will report directly to the Executive Vice President, Sales.

The ideal candidate will be business outcome focused in terms of how they present the company’s solutions to their clients in addressing their requirements.  The position will require complete comprehension and expertise in building and extending current relationships and partnerships with Key Partners in shaping high-value sales propositions. This will be based on having detailed market intelligence and industry experience.


  • Exceed quarterly and annual revenue and gross margin targets
  • Develop and execute a territory plan that clearly demonstrates how targets will be met or exceeded
  • Develop and maintain a 3X revenue pipeline through prospecting for new business and expanding our client’s share of wallet with existing clients
  • Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of their clients strategic and related objectives in order to align our client’s solutions for the purpose of helping their clients achieve those objectives
  • Work collaboratively with internal and external partners towards providing valuable solutions for their clients
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge on relevant competitive solutions in order to ensure they are able to address competitive threats in their pursuits


  • Proven track record of success in consistently exceeding objectives.
  • Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to build strong client relationships within the C-Suite and with the line of business objectives.
  • Proven ability to reliably forecast their business and deliver on their commitments
  • Ability to work independently and, as a direct or virtual team member to successfully achieve
  • Strong problem-solving skills: ability to assess a problem and determine an effective course of action.
  • A minimum of 10 years of related experience, ideally selling services and complex solutions within the Canadian IT sector.
  • Knowledge of Key Partner and third-party solutions sets (or applicable competitive solution), product line specifications, performance criteria and
  • Demonstrated ability to use collaboration tools in a sales environment:
  1. Salesforce
  2. Conference calls & WebEx
  3. Video calls
  4. Collaborative whiteboard solutions
  5. Microsoft Office suite
  • University degree required
