We are looking for a Senior finance professional to partner with two Senior Vice-President and their team.

As the head of Finance for Marketing & Omnichannel experience, you will lead a team that advise financially on marketing spend across the product lines and countries, contribute to the deployment and operations of the ecommerce & omnichannel strategy, and develop business cases for new revenue stream opportunities.

As the financial business partner & controller of the marketing & omnichannel team, you will:

  • Partner with the Marketing & Omnichannel leadership team to understand the dynamics of their strategies and provide them accurate and insightful financial analysis to enable key strategic decisions
  • Align C-Suite Leadership by regularly synthesizing and presenting performance metrics with potential risks and opportunities, to create more strategic conversations and aid in timely business decisions
  • Elevate the culture of marketing effectiveness, by developing education material and putting in place corporate performance measurement on marketing initiatives embedded within the financial review
  • Structure all major projects with the multiple partner across finance (accounting, fiscal, treasury, controls, insurances), IS/IT and marketing team, to plan, execute and monitor their roll-out
  • Support teams to develop their annual budgets and quarterly forecast, set financial goals, and provide regular reporting & variance analysis to track progress against strategic initiatives. Develop financial tools & processes to improve their operational efficiency & controls
  • Partner with data science and analytics team to develop customer data platform, customer lifetime value tracking, marketing attribution model and methodologies to analyze the performance of our marketing investments (efficiency & effectiveness), in order to create data-driven insight to drive sales growth
  • Ensure development and application of appropriate internal controls and financial procedures, including expenses approbation and monthly closing


  • A Bachelor’s Degree is required in Accounting or Finance
  • More than 15 years of experience, working with senior business and finance leaders, in a large multinational company, investment banking, big 4 audit or as a consultant
  • Relevant finance experience working with and/or advising Marketing Senior Management team


  • Self-starter, self-motivated and enthusiastic leader with good business acumen
  • Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Inquisitive mindset with high analytical skills
  • Passion for metrics and figures and attention to details
