DESCRIPTION AND MAIN MISSION

Ensure the operational management of human resources by deploying HR strategies and objectives. Meet the company’s growth objectives with the recruitment and retention plan. Take charge of all administrative aspects of HR management. Provide advice to managers and interface with employees.

ADDITIONAL ACTIVITIES AND MISSIONS

Recruiting:

  • Collects recruitment needs from managers;
  • Writes, distributes and follows up on job offers;
  • Search for candidates through the different recruitment channels (sourcing, database…);
  • Analyzes the resumes received with the managers;
  • Carry out a telephone pre-selection;
  • Conducts interviews and follows up on files until a decision is made (follow-up on applications);
  • Ensures the physical and administrative integration of new hires;
  • Manages the candidate database.

Activities :

  • Assist managers in the implementation of human resources strategies and ensure that they are in line with the company’s strategies;
  • Accompany and participate in the smooth running of internal/external mobility and professional development of employees;
  • Advise managers on human relations and personnel management;
  • Guide employees in solving their problems and identify possible solutions;
  • Act as an advisor for all other HR related issues and implement various HR programs;
  • Participate in the development and implementation of various projects;
  • Participate in the development and implementation of various projects; Participate in the smooth running of employee appraisal systems by ensuring the conduct of annual individual interviews and the implementation of appropriate development plans;
  • Lead the People Review exercise and ensure the follow-up of action plans;
  • Ensure the deployment and monitoring of the compensation & promotion policy;
  • Promote and ensure the use of the tool by line managers and their employees;
  • Ensure supervision of personnel administrative processing activities, reporting and statistics.

Training :

  • Analyzes the company’s training needs and formalizes them in the annual plan in line with the group’s policy and strategic objectives;
  • Advises and supports individuals and departments in the analysis of human resources development needs (training and GPEC);
  • Coordinates relations with external training partners/organizations;
  • Organizes the administrative follow-up of training operations.

Health and Safety :

  • Coordinates the implementation of environmental, health and safety programs in conjunction with related processes, procedures and resources;
  • Creates and maintains documentation including, but not limited to, instruction sheets, checklists, forms and training materials.

Benefits :

  • Advise employees on the use and adherence to benefit plans;
  • Manage contribution data following payroll.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Required Skills :

  • Knowledge of the local employment market;
  • Mastering recruitment techniques and internal mobility rules;
  • Know how to manage performance and talent;
  • Know how to manage internal/external training;
  • Manage change management;
  • Mastering HR tools (IT);
  • Master the rules related to HR Administration;
  • Master the rules of communication;
  • Understand and use English.

Requirements :

  • University education in Industrial Relations or Human Resources Management and at least 5 years of experience;
  • Experience in recruitment and HR generalist is an asset;
  • Experience in the high technology field (Engineering);
  • Bilingualism;
  • Flexibility, autonomy, versatility, rigor and leadership;
  • Relational skills and interpersonal communication recognized to be effective in this role.

RESPONSIBILITY / AUTONOMY

Responsible for HR management in his/her field (individual interviews, career development, recruitment, training, etc.). Drives/leads the activity in order to achieve the defined objectives. Guarantees the implementation of strategic objectives. Guarantees the process.

Reports to the HR Department.
