You will work closely with various manufacturing departments and business units to understand their processes and needs. Your key role will be to plan project milestones based on production constraints and parameters, while building trusting relationships with stakeholders.

In this role, you will:
- Create and align project schedules while taking into account overall constraints;
- Prepare the Master Production Plan in line with sales forecasts;
- Monitor and communicate project statuses;
- Prepare analyses to facilitate manufacturing execution;
- Support systems activities related to manufacturing operations;
- Suggest and implement solutions to improve processes;
- Lead meetings with project teams to establish realistic production plans;
- Develop and maintain performance indicators to measure adherence to the production plan.

If the following describes you:
- Bachelor’s degree in operations management, engineering, administration, supply chain, or a related field;
- 3-5 years of experience in production planning and inventory control in the manufacturing sector;
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office;
- Experience with an ERP;
- Eligibility for the Controlled Goods Program (CGP);
- Bilingualism (French and English), both written and spoken.
