Responsibilities
- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with the needs of the organization.
- Write and manage key documents: calls for tenders, contracts, and amendments.
- Coordinate procurement files, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and standards.
- Optimize procurement processes and systems to maximize efficiency.
- Prepare cost analyses, benchmarking and administratively monitor projects.
Desired Profile
- University degree (second cycle an asset).
- 5 to 7 years of experience in procurement.
- Analytical and synthesis skills, fluency in French and English.
- Autonomy, rigor, and good priority management.
