Working closely with and reporting to the Director, Talent Management, the Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant will be responsible for the coordination and deployment of talent attraction strategies across the Packaging and Specialty Papers divisions. Your contribution will have a direct impact on building the future of the company by attracting the best talent. You will be part of a talented and dynamic team of Human Resources professionals.

✓ Ensure the optimization of talent acquisition solutions by retrieving the most innovative ideas and

equivalent of education and experience.
✓ Five to ten years of relevant sourcing and recruiting experience, ideally in the
manufacturing industry.
