Your role: As a crucial member of our team, you will find yourself engaged in a variety of exciting responsibilities:

• Dive into technical support calls, honing your problem-solving skills and delivering top-notch assistance.
• Play a key role in processing, preparing and shipping customer spare parts orders, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Start service calls across the landscapes of Canada and the United States, uncovering challenges and making a difference.
• Experience the excitement of installing new labeling systems at our customers right in our factory, with comprehensive training to build your expertise.
• Answer the call during peak deliveries by adjusting machines to maintain smooth operations (training).
• Master the art of creating product recipes in our intuitive interface, demonstrating your meticulous attention to detail (training).
• Champion Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), internally and alongside our valued customers, while guiding them to get the most out of their new machines (training).

Your assets :

• Although a DEC in electromechanics is ideal, candidates with a solid background in the sector or similar roles are encouraged to apply.
• Embrace adventure, ready to travel across the United States and Canada, armed with a valid passport and a thirst for exploration.
• Showcase your exceptional customer service skills, leaving a lasting impression on customers and colleagues.
• Communicate with finesse in English, both written and spoken, demonstrating your mastery of effective communication.
• Previous experience in the packaging field could be a valuable asset, setting you up for success.
