We are currently looking for a Relationship Manager to join our growing business. The person sought will be involved in business development, ensuring the follow-up of client mandates and ensuring a presence to ensure exemplary customer service.

Your main responsibilities :
  • Use your solicitation, networking and your skills to identify, develop and manage new accounts that will complement our existing clientele;
  • Realize the complete sales cycle;
  • Support the development of strong relationships with key clients ;
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers;
  • Ensure effective communications;
  • Make sure you understand the needs of clients;
  • Understand and master the service offer in order to offer an adapted service;
  • Participate in the development of sales strategies with the team.
Your profile :
  • Have experience in developing business relationships in IT consulting services;
  • Good knowledge of innovative services geared towards data and digital transformation;
  • Have a well established network of contacts in multiple sectors of activity in Montreal and the surrounding area;
  • Have experience in the IT industry to understand the needs of clients;
  • Know how to create and maintain lasting relationships;
  • Be an excellent team player;
  • Have excellent communication skills;
  • Bilingual – French and English (spoken and written).
  • Relevant experience with CRM Dynamics.
