We are currently looking for a Relationship Manager to join our growing business. The person sought will be involved in business development, ensuring the follow-up of client mandates and ensuring a presence to ensure exemplary customer service.
Your main responsibilities :
- Use your solicitation, networking and your skills to identify, develop and manage new accounts that will complement our existing clientele;
- Realize the complete sales cycle;
- Support the development of strong relationships with key clients ;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers;
- Ensure effective communications;
- Make sure you understand the needs of clients;
- Understand and master the service offer in order to offer an adapted service;
- Participate in the development of sales strategies with the team.
Your profile :
- Have experience in developing business relationships in IT consulting services;
- Good knowledge of innovative services geared towards data and digital transformation;
- Have a well established network of contacts in multiple sectors of activity in Montreal and the surrounding area;
- Have experience in the IT industry to understand the needs of clients;
- Know how to create and maintain lasting relationships;
- Be an excellent team player;
- Have excellent communication skills;
- Bilingual – French and English (spoken and written).
- Relevant experience with CRM Dynamics.
