Responsibilities

Reporting to the regional vice president and in relation to all departments of the company you are responsible for the operational and strategic aspects of the organization’s human resources management, in full growth. Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Forward management of the workforce and skills
  • Management of staffing activities (recruitment and integration of new employees)
  • Management and application of the performance evaluation process to ensure consistency and fairness of the process and results
  • Provide a consultative role for managers on issues related to the interpretation and application of human resources policies and processes
  • Involvement in setting up dedicated teams for specific projects
  • Implementation of HR procedures Internal communication management
Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent
• Minimum 3-year experience as a human resources manager with at least 2 years in a similar position, preferably in engineering
• Business vision and strategic vision while maintaining an organizational perspective
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills
• Fluency in written and spoken French and English
• Excellent analytical and teamwork skills
