Want to join a dynamic, competent and results-oriented team? Reporting to the Executive Director, Professional Services, the Talent Acquisition Advisor plays a key role in identifying and mobilizing the best possible candidates for the growth of the organization.

Salary :
According to experience
Main responsibilities:
  • Identify recruitment needs with Account Managers and develop desired profiles;
  • Carry out displays, searches and sorting resumes;
  • Build a pool of potential candidates and develop a professional relationship with these candidates;
  • Conduct telephone interviews, and in person, according to established criteria, sometimes in collaboration with the Directors;
  • Respect ISO processes and other business processes in place within the organization;
  • Ensure that the information is complete in the information system;
  • Update the data in the information system;
  • Ensuring the respect of service levels (SLA);
  • Recommend the best candidates;
  • Any other related tasks.
Requirements and skills required:
  • Experience in the information technology sector, specifically in a consulting firm;
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline;
  • Autonomy, resourcefulness and diligence;
  • Demonstrated skills in interpersonal relationships and customer service;
  • Bilingualism, both oral and written;
