Major Accounts Representative

Role:

• Prospect and develop sales cycles with the boards of directors of condominium associations, real estate investors, and social housing facilities in the greater Quebec City area.
• Establish and develop relationships with management companies and associations in the field.
• Cover Central Quebec while working independently.

Responsibilities:

• Achieve and exceed sales objectives (condominiums, multi-unit housing, social housing, etc.);
• Collaborate with subcontractors to develop estimates and monitor installations;
• Deploy development and follow-up strategies with major accounts;
• Conduct presentations to meetings of co-owners and directors;
• Customize and adapt business proposals according to client needs.

• Bilingual (French and English).
