Job Description

Under the supervision of the director of the technical services department and in close collaboration with a technical team of experienced professionals, the water treatment specialist will have the main mission of bringing his technical skills and expertise to the completion of water treatment projects. . You will benefit from continuous support from our experts to quickly assimilate the fundamentals of water treatment, allowing you to integrate quickly and leave your distinctive mark on the company with innovative ideas while leading key projects.

Main Responsibilities

  • Participate in the design and construction of temporary and permanent water treatment plants, including containerized solutions and civil infrastructure.
  • Contribute to the design of mining and industrial water treatment and production systems while respecting operational and environmental requirements.
  • Carry out the calculations and define the parameters necessary for the design of the installations.
  • Write studies, technical reports, laboratory and site protocols as well as quality control plans.
  • Diagnose, design and propose innovative solutions to optimize the performance of installations.
  • Ensure office monitoring of on-site treatments and operations by carrying out regular visits.
  • Act as project manager for the completion of water treatment projects in the field, ensuring planning, management of consumables, supervision of key process parameters and follow-up with customers.

Job Requirements:

  • Have a bachelor’s degree in chemical, biotechnology, civil, industrial engineering or equivalent.
  • Have between 0 and 8 years of experience.
  • Hold a valid driving license (class 5).
  • Bilingual French and English (asset).
